All our clients have different needs. We often work on a set percentage based on the volume of stock being sold and whether we are holding the stock and arranging dispatch.

Q. What if my items do not sell?
Whilst we are selling your items we store them for free in our secure and insured warehouse. If we think an item is unsellable or won't fetch the minimum, we'll let you know. You can have it back or otherwise we'll dispose of it for you at no cost. We work with local charities, house clearance, recycling and licensed waste management companies to minimise landfill waste and make sure everything finds the best possible home.
